Privacy Policy
Datenschutzerklärung — short version below in plain language. Last updated: [YYYY-MM-DD].
1. Data Controller
2. What we collect (and what we don't)
mylotsizr is a stateless calculator. We do not require you to register, sign in, or provide any personal data. All position-sizing calculations happen in your browser.
We do not store the inputs you type into the calculator. We do not set any tracking cookies. We do not share any data with advertisers.
3. Analytics (Plausible)
We use Plausible Analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which pages are popular. Plausible is privacy-friendly: no cookies, no cross-site tracking, no personal data collected.
The following anonymous data is processed when you visit a page: page URL, referrer (which site sent you), browser, operating system, device type, country (derived from IP, then IP is discarded). Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — legitimate interest in measuring website usage.
4. Error reporting (Sentry, optional)
If technical errors occur in your browser while using the calculator, we may collect anonymous error reports (stack traces, browser version, URL) via Sentry. This helps us fix bugs faster. No form inputs or personal data are sent. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — legitimate interest in service reliability.
5. Server logs
Our hosting provider may keep short-term server logs (IP address, timestamp, page requested, user-agent) for security and debugging purposes. These logs are deleted after a maximum of 30 days and are never used for marketing.
6. Your rights under GDPR
You have the right to:
- Request access to any data we hold about you (Art. 15)
- Request rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16)
- Request erasure of your data (Art. 17)
- Restrict or object to processing (Art. 18, 21)
- Receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20)
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at appsbuild26@gmail.com.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when we add features or change providers. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
